Development
with purpose.
Premier Rugby Development helps young people build the confidence, behaviours and personal skills they need to succeed—using structured physical activity, strong relationships and clear standards.
The PRD Difference
Not just another
extra training session.
PRD is a structured development environment. Players are challenged at the right level, coached as individuals and expected to take ownership of their progress. Schools receive purposeful programmes built around engagement, behaviour and measurable development—not activity for activity's sake.
Our programmes
Built around need.
Measured by change.
Every programme starts with the young people, the environment and the outcome required. We agree the purpose first, then build delivery around it.

Real environments. Real relationships.
Young people respond when the standard is clear and the support is genuine.
Our coaches bring experience from professional rugby league, youth development, community sport and education. That credibility helps us build trust quickly—and challenge young people honestly.
Whole-player development
Performance starts with the person.
Our feedback goes beyond tries, tackles and passes. Young players learn to understand the behaviours that underpin progress.
Delivery for schools
Educational outcomes
through sport.
We work in partnership with schools to improve engagement, confidence and behaviour. Delivery combines structured physical activity with reflection, discussion and clear expectations.
01
Alternative provision
Targeted support for secondary pupils through 90-minute small-group interventions, half-day provision or full-day delivery. Physical activity is combined with reflection and classroom learning.

Primary PE in action
More than a game.
Our work with Acre Heads Primary School shows how physical activity can reinforce belief, determination, resilience and teamwork while giving pupils a positive, purposeful PE experience.
Schools we have worked with
Experience across primary and secondary settings.
Plan a programme
Tell us the outcome you need—not the activity you think you need.
How we work
High standards without strong relationships create compliance. Strong relationships without standards create comfort. Young people need both.
